Shipping
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $70
For orders under the free shipping value, your shipping charges will be calculated within the cart & checkout pages at time of purchase.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, unless there is an event or act beyond our reasonable control. In such an event we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. We are responsible for each package until it is shipped to you. Depending on the shipping service, a signature may be required upon receipt of the goods.
Once your products have been delivered, the responsibility for your purchased goods transfers to you. If a signature is obtained from someone other than you at the shipping address you have specified then you accept that this signature constitutes evidence of delivery and responsibility for the goods transfers to you in the same way.
Please keep all packaging materials in the event that you may wish to return your purchase.
Returns
We want you to be happy with the products you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of the date after you receive your goods.
The Distance Selling Regulations state that your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. On receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them and if compliant with our returns policy we will refund you the full value of the purchase including the initial costs of delivery to you. You are responsible for the return postage/delivery costs to us.
Condition of Returns
You must return the goods in perfect condition, not used or damaged and in the original packaging – otherwise the return may be considered non-compliant for refund.
Returning Faulty Goods
If you receive faulty goods and wish to return them, The Distance Selling Regulations are in addition to your standard legal rights. We are of course happy to replace faulty goods. You are responsible for the return postage/delivery costs.
How do I return an item?
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
- Contact us about the return via email.
- Re-pack the goods in its original packaging with labels and any tags still attached.
- The goods must comply with the ‘Condition of Returns’ shown above.
- Place the re-packaged goods ready for return back to us.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return the package by using a courier or other delivery service and obtain proof of shipping and any tacking/consignment numbers/notes which you should keep and also email a copy to us.
- The same applies if you use a courier or other delivery service.
